Table Health is thrilled to announce that Dr. Megan Stilwill, a board-certified osteopathic pediatrician, has joined its Direct Primary Care (DPC) team in Traverse City. Her arrival marks a significant milestone as she becomes the first pediatrician to join the practice.
Dr. Stilwill brings a holistic approach to pediatric care, with a strong focus on child development and wellness. She is passionate about spending quality time with families to build the deep, trusting relationships essential for genuine care.
“I’m excited to be part of Table Health and to bring direct primary care pediatrics to Traverse City families,” says Dr. Stilwill. “This model allows for more space and trust, helping us meet the unique healthcare needs of children within their family and community. I’m dedicated to partnering with parents to create care that truly supports a child’s well-being from the very start.”
Dr. Stilwill is highly skilled in pediatric osteopathic medicine, using a hands-on approach to address common childhood issues like ear infections, asthma, allergies, and musculoskeletal challenges. She also offers specialized care for developmental disabilities and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and provides support for children who have experienced adversity or trauma. Her expertise extends to psychoeducation, nutrition counseling, and lifestyle adjustments—all designed to support true healing and well-being. She is also certified as an ACEs Master Trainer, focusing on childhood adversity and resilience.
To share her expertise with the community, Dr. Stilwill and the Table Health team will host a “Back to School Balance” workshop on Sunday, October 19, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Table Health in Traverse City. This event is designed for parents, caregivers, and educators seeking practical strategies to address behavioral challenges in elementary-aged children. Attendees will gain insights into emotional regulation, the power of routine, and the connection between diet and behavior. Learn more and register at tablehealth.eventbrite.com
